Restitution is not just a story… it’s a journey to self-discovery.

As a mother of three, this book brought tears to my eyes. It breaks my heart to think of any child having to experience the pain and struggle like you will read in Tess Frey’s book.

I wish I could hold all the children who are abused in my arms, and tell them

“Your safe.” But I can’t.

So I’m grateful for Tess and her bravery in speaking the truth, which could not have been easy, and helping spread the word to all she can that…

Restitution is a hard book to read. A child being raped is dark, dark territory. Tess Frey keeps a strong voice through the book and takes the reader to the end a different person. I’d be happier if this book didn’t exist and none of these things happened, but then so would Tess. Thank you for sharing.
