"The Forest Ranger's Return" by Leigh Bale is a story full of pain, secrets, showing that life goes on, and falling in love. I must give a lot of credit to Ms. Bale for she has touched on two subjects in this book, one that touches society in general and one that is personal to me as a Mom of a service member. Here is a story of two old friends comin

Dallan Savatch and Julie Granger were high school sweethearts. When Julie's parents died in a car accident she went into the foster system. She and Dal remained friends for a while but then she suddenly stopped writing, stopped taking his calls, and just disappeared. Suddenly she shows up in town as the new Forest Ranger and works with Dal to clear a trail and create a camping spot for the kids from Sunshine Ranch.

Very enjoyable story!
Trigger warnings: suicide, war. When, oh when, will this publisher have enough respect for readers to give us a trigger warning?
A Clean Modern Christian Romance. A story that includes disabled children living on a ranch. A cool story.

A great story about two people who came back together after 20 years apart. Their story is romantic and shows how God works in His mysterious ways to bring about reconciliation.

"There are a number of touching and uplifting scenes, especially between Julie and Marcus. The characters exhibit realistic growth as they remind the reader of the fragilities of life and the importance in seeing the value in others." RT Book Reviews, rated 4 stars
