This book had some of the same characters as Rocky Mountain Rescue, so it's a series. I do think I was suppose to read this book first. This book ended where Rocky Mountain rescue started. I read them out of order, but was not confused, so both books are stand-alones.

In Myers’ romantic suspense novel, Anne Gardener has been found in the WitSec Program by none other than FBI agent Jake Westmoreland—the one man she hoped never to see again. After testifying against her own family, her life was swiped clean and arrangements made for her to start over. But Jake needs her help in finding her mob boss father and to do that he will move heaven and earth to get back into her graces regardless of the cost.

Fast-paced and filled with action.

An interesting read---could not put it done. Noticed that it looks like it is going to be a series. Looking forward to the next book.
