I loved every second of this book. I'm a real sucker for a bad girl trying to turn her life around and Faith was a perfect heroine; sassy, resourceful and determined not to let her vulnerability derail her. Suddenly single, unemployed and stranded in Rome, Faith uses every ounce of her charm to score herself a job. Dominic doesn't need any distractions in his life, his business, his name and his family are all that matters. So why is he ditching his clients to hang out with his latest employee - ...more
So what did I think? 5 Stars!

Like: The characters.
Dislike: Nothing.

I think what I love the most is that the author was able to create passion between the main characters without having to get extremely graphic.
I really loved this book, and and I can definitely see myself reading this again and again for years to come. After reading this book I'm definitely going to look into some of Sophie's other books and I'll let you all know how that goes.

Having really enjoyed Sophie Pembrokes debut Harlequin I was hoping to also enjoy this one and it did not disappoint! Both Faith and Dominic were real, fleshed out characters and watching them fall in love and change each other made for a great read. There were also some lovely humourous touches and enough conflict to make me keep turning the pages to find out how the HEA would be achieved.

"Pembroke teaches us that love is a journey worth taking. The risks and emotions displayed throughout are believable and heartwarming." RT Book Reviews, rated 4 stars
I found Heiress on the Run to be both interesting and entertaining. Some parts were even laugh out loud funny. It was a story about a woman who felt smothered by what she thought were the responsibilities of her title within her family. She began hanging out with a group of friends that partied and drank and showed no respect for themselves in public until there was an incident that the press blew out of proportion and also printed a story that was completely false about her. Several years later ...more
