I have been on the plan for four weeks now and have lost a total of 12 pounds! (Hence the five stars). Most of the information is basic but I also found his reviews on certain ingredients (i.e. coconut oil, gluten) to be quite honest and he tells why he feels that way. I have not felt hungry at all on the diet (and I have never been known as a "light-eater"). Stork that presents very scary but necessary to know facts about obesity, then addresses the problem with a diet plan, motivations, and recipes. I have read the entire book. I have not started using this eating plan but I am really forward to starting.
the only problem I think I will have is not being able to eat any of green vegetables high in Vitamin k.
Here's the thing - I hate exercise - I always have, but the half hour amount you need to do each day according to this book has been easy for me. I walk and I dance. This book includes conclusive research in the nutritional sciences and with a detailed bibliography. According to Stork, who is an emergency room doctor, the biggest problems in the E.R., are due to the food we choose to eat. Reducing the excess belly fat is an important goal of The Doctor’s Diet. I read this book but haven't implemented the program.
This book provides a clear and simple plan for lasting weight loss. Written by Dr Travis Stork of the show The Doctor's, his STAT plan for weight loss provides the dieter with a plan for health as well as weight loss. Jam packed with information on foods, good and bad, and much much more information.

Easy to understand with good scientific evidence as well as personal experiences; without too many of them.
Excellent guidelines to healthy living anyone can follow.
