Well finally finished this book, while the information is basic and sound the layout of the information is horrible. You basically see information cut and pasted over and over but with one small change at one section of it.

Ultimately, the layout of the information is poorly done, and you find yourself feeling like every element from warm up to cooldown is the same thing. There is no "real life" experiences from teachers or participants included. If you have never taugh...more
