Fun quick historical romance, lots of “we are obviously meant to be together, but, man, you are just too stupid and hung up on the past to realize it” situations. Elizabeth is a fun, strong, intelligent (except for her choice of a husband) character

I thought by making a "never read again list of authors" I could eliminate some of the really bad books. Not so. If you like "How dare you! How dare you! You insufferable knave!" or "He had to see that giving of his heart did not mean thralldom." or even "Raynor, Raynor, I want you." Than this is the book for you. Choppy, poorly written, lame characters, and a stupid plot. Other than that, not bad.
