I adore this author! Her characters are always so "real".. I feel like I'm being wrapped by a warm cozy blanket on a cold day when I get myself into one of her stories! :)

In this book Jenny comes back to the ranch she was taken away from when she was 8 years old.. Her mother was bored with the ranch life and whisked her away to a high socienty (and lonely life) in New York City.. She was taken away from not only her love of the land, but her father as well.. Both were devastated and 18 years lat

In Christenberry’s romance novel, Jenny has memories of her father but now is determined to find him. But Jason Welborn, her father’s business partner, stands in her way. Jason is convinced that Jenny just wants what she can get her hands on before heading back to the city. Determined to win him over, Jenny stands her ground until she finally starts making headway with him. But can he trust that she’ll stay or will she be here today and gone tomorrow?

A solid contribution to the Cowboy at Heart s

I gave this book a 3 because I hate being "harsh" This book was written in 2008 and yet it reads like it was written in 1958. Sweet but very cheesy and hard to believe the naivete.
