I am fond of reading writers' biographies. It makes me familiar with their lives, their experiences, their character, thus their possible motives. In short, it makes me understand their work better. This biography -for once more- has not disappointed me. It was interesting, well written, lively and helpful -especially for a woman writer like me.

I know what Isabel Allende feels about herself.
After I read this book I felt like knowing her more of her inside...
