Reinmar von Bielau was troubled young man who was stuck deep in the cesspool, which could be offered by early 15th century during Hussites movement. Reinmar became more mature and more self-aware. His life became entwined with the important politicians and warriors of his times, however he made mistakes mostly because of skirt. An amazing book, not only a great source of good fun, but also information about the lifestyle and the politics of the XV century Silesia. After this read you will never look the same at old town squares and gothic cathedrals.

Comparing to the first tome of Reynevan's adventures, the action is more orderly and based on concrete happenings - that's why I liked it more than 'Narrenturm', although the beginning seemed really lengthy. Facetious and lively descriptions of attacks and deceits, inseparable in every religious war.

Ciąg dalszy trylogii. Straszyli, ze słaby, ale trzyma poziom i czyta się przyjemnie.
