Emelie Tolley and Chris Mead collaborated on other books produced before this one. She writes the text and he produces truly gorgeous photographs to illustrate (and, frankly, decorate) the text. The author displays exuberance for her topic; she is the real deal when it comes to someone who uses herbs extensively in cooking.
