Finally gave this HB book a read! I started it yesterday and finished it this morning and OMG, it was such an awesome read! I read it on a rainy day-the perfect time to read this book! :) My rating for it is almost 4.5. I really enjoyed it! I seemed hesitant to read it at first but wow! It was way better than I expected it to be! This HB book was a survival story. In it, the Hardys and their GFs, Callie and Iola, travel to San Esteban for vacation, but their vacation didn't turn out as expected. ...more

Love this Hardy Boys book! An awesome and exciting mystery with so much danger and excitement taking place on the island of San Esteban in the Caribbean! Joe's girlfriend, Iola, has a cousin, Angela Martinez, there, so that's really cool. Frank and Callie, Joe and Iola have a great setting, with an intriguing mystery for them to investigate, and lots of thrilling action. There are several suspects to decide about, too.

This book has some of the scariest scenes in any volume with the Hardy Boys'
