5+++++ STARS for what has been a Beautiful, Powerful, Intense, heartbreaking, heartwarming, hot as hell EXCELLENT series!!!

When I read a book from Tom Webb, I always feel there is an underlying element of the man himself that comes through, a warmth and flow that connects it all together and brings his words to life and Starry Knight is no different, it is another excellent book from the master of emotions that left me grabbing for the tissues at the end.

Starry Knight 9

Okay, looks like I managed to get it done a little early, so it released today instead on Amazon and ARe.

This is the third in the three book cycle. I decided the remaining books this year will also feature Marcus and Benjamin, and will be more standalone. never knows.

Well, this was me an hour or so ago... photo fangirlinggif_zps76b6037f.gif...absolutely gobsmacked that this had come out earlier than I'd hoped...I was thinking I'd be on holiday and would be unable to download it until I got back, but the great God in the sky must have heard my vile mutterings and for once, took pity on me....5 wonderful stars and the dancing girls are ready and waiting

I'm not giving out any spoilers, all I'm saying is that it was TOTALLY worth the wait, and to discover that others are in the pipeline, well, I

Ok...I'm ready.

"Starry Knight", book 3 of the City Knight series, is in one word: LOVE. God, Marcus and Benjamin...can they LOVE one another! The book felt like a reward...we went through the drama, the angst, the danger, the loss, the insecurities, the pain in the first two books...and T.A. Webb rewards us with this...this love letter.

Marcus...the pillar, the foundation, the heart. I love him so much!
Benjamin...the broken, the uncertain, the needy. He brin

This is the final book in the City Knight series written by T.A.Webb, and the conclusion to Marcus and Benjamin's story.

When I began the first book in this series, back in February 2013, I really did not know what to expect. I was new to the M/M genre and T.A Webb was a completely unknown author to me. Right from the very first book I was quickly immersed into the lives of Marcus and Benjamin. This is a story I have avidly followed through to this final instalment, and what a beautiful end to a
Right at the beginnings this fantastic series Tom Webb said " Caution: This is the first in a three part series, and you WILL want to come back for part 2. "

Well Like many others I read book one, got blown away, fell in love with two gorgeous damaged men, waited with bated breath and did exactly what he predicted. I came back for part 2, read that, went through all of the same emotions again.... until today when I came back again for part 3 which fulfilled and exceeded all my expectations. B
This one was too sappy for me. Not from Ben and Marcus's part, they were very sweet and huggable.

But for the Marcus and "brothers"' part... too much sugar.

Because 4 episodes with kisses on the hands and brotherly hugs in less than 50 pages are a way TOO much.

That's why I'm a little disappointed in this one. Let's see the fourth part of the series!

Life is a one chance deal, and the cards in your hand are there for a reason. Play them, lay them down, or fold. But don't leave anything on the table.

This story was full of love, warmth, trust and hope. It made me all warm and fuzzy inside.

Now, it wouldn't have been complete without a hot sex scene, and boy was this scene hot!

T A Webb has done it again. No matter how hard my life is being, I can sit down with one of his stories and be taken away from my life and become absorbed by his beautiful words.
Starry Knight, the third book in this series, was even better then the two leading up to this point, and I didn't think that was possible.

I discovered this was now available, went and downloaded it, and before I moved again I had read this. I wish I had the talent to tell you how wonderful this writer is, but my mere at

After two books filled with angst and uncertainty and cliffhangers, this story brings it all to a very satisfying conclusion.

Mr. Webb has once again taken the broken and fixed it. He has given new life to people who thought their lives were over. He's gone above and beyond to make sure that those who have loved Benjamin and Marcus come away feeling glad they joined them on their journey.

That's not to say that the path will be easy. There are still things that need to be settled, and Mr. Webb tie

Finally the final of the trilogy!! and I love Ben and Marcus more!!!!

This is sweeter than the previous two, the angst and suspense is minimal. Lovely that I got to see other characters in their personal life. There were more focus on friendship and relationship, I swear I got teary at the ending :p

An amazing way to finish off this series. Everything connected perfectly in this book, to make it...perfect.

This was full of love between the couple and even from close friends. I really enjoyed reading about all the support given from all the characters in this book.

"His the one...he makes my heart beat again"

I didn't expect some of the surprises I got while reading this book and I loved them.

I hope to read more from this author in the future.

This series is HIGHLY recommended

I am at a loss - I don't know why, but I didn't like this much. I found it very sappy and I missed a real story here. It was a "I love you, man" all around and not much else. In retrospective I would have liked it better to have the three parts in one novel, would have also helped with keeping track of all the people in Marcus' hospital room. Also I found the "boy" over-used here.
This part was simply an over-drawn HEA and it was boring to me. The only reason I finished it was, because it was rea

Restless recovery. Rebuilding bonds. Regrettable rating.

Let me start with my dilemma; I am at war with myself. The first two City Knight books left me stunned. Literally, I was dazed and confused. It was incredible. Naturally, I anticipated the same from book 3. It’s true I was a bit shocked, but not necessarily in a good way. It hurts to admit, but I wasn't wowed.

It felt, dare I say it, rushed? I enjoyed getting to know the rest of the boys, but I found myself confused on more than one occasion

God how I love this series. This time the story is all about Ben and Marcus. Marcus is recovering in the hospital after taking the bullet meant for Ben. Old relationships, old friends, and new bonds are all explored as Marcus and Ben take the next step in their life together. This is very cathartic, loving and gentle in it's resolution. I never wanted and HEA more than for these two. I got a little scared when I saw the words "finis" at the end. Scared I would not have Marcus and Ben's company ...more

Oh. Wow. Tom Webb has done it again. Somehow I doubt that will be the last time I ever say that about this author. His writing is poetic and beautiful, funny and loving. I await each new release with bated breath.

Starry Knight is book three in his City Knight series and is about Ben and Marcus. In this one the author doesn't leave us with a cliffhanger, Thank God, but instead the book is about the love of the family you build yourself. Watching these four best friends and brothers is heartwarmin

Le Sigh... the third installment of this series is here and there is no way it could disappoint. Having finished Knightmare only weeks ago I have had Marcus and Ben on my mind constantly; worried about what happened with that monster of a cliffhanger. I steeled my spine and dove in knowing I would be in for a ride. What I got in this book was exactly what I needed. After the roller coaster, nail biting “What is going to happen next” feel of first two books, this one set a wonderful tone. It let ...more

Often, we don't realize how much someone means to us until we almost lose them. When Marcus literally takes a bullet for his lover, Benjamin, Marcus's old friends Chance, Wick, Zachary, and Archer, rush to his side. With their reunion comes re-affirmation of their feelings and the sense of brotherhood they have always enjoyed; along with that are apologies and promises never to be separated again.

Marcus is an amazing man. As rough and tough as he seems, underneath is a heart of gold. He adores B

4.5 stars . I'm reviewing the three first books in this series like one

With these three books I fulfill my reading of everything what T.A. Webb has published individually until today and now he's is a part of my auto-buy authors's list.

I should say that the storyline is not very original. But in my opinion that's not important when a story is so well narrated like this.

T.A. Webb's writing style is simply magnificent. With simple words find the way to expressions of incredible intrinsic beauty

When last we met with our intrepid heroes, Marcus Prater and Benjamin Danvers in Knightmare, things were not going well. Marcus had taken a bullet in the chest while protecting his lover Benjamin from the man who had raped him. Was Marcus going to make it? Could Benjamin survive without him and live with the guilt of Marcus taking the bullet meant for him?

Now we see Benjamin holding vigil at Marcus’ hospital bedside, determined to stay with him because he knows he is the only thing keeping Marcu

City Knight 2: Knightmare, ended with a gunshot and a gasp. Starry Knight tells us who lives, who dies, and the changes that the characters are forced to deal with.

Normally I’d go into detail and tell you things about the story, but this one you’re going to want to read for yourself. What I will do is tell you that this book is a beautiful conclusion to the City Knight trilogy. Men will come together, men will realize their strengths, men will understand their weakness.

Wow... I just loved Starry Knight.

After taking a bullet that was meant for Ben Marcus is recovering in a hospital. They take the next step in their relationship and explore new bonds.

It was lovely to get to know Wick, Chance, Zack and Jeremiah. I haven't read any others Pulp Friction stories yet, but after getting to know those guys I definitely will remedy that.

What I loved the most is the song Tom mentions: Vincent by Don McLean (written 1972). One of my all-time favorites.

4.5 stars--The final book in this trilogy wrapped everything up in a nice little package. All the rough edges were smoothed out and everyone--main and secondary characters alike--were settled. Part of the focus of this last book was on Marcus' three best friends--could this be setting us up for additional serials?? Although I thoroughly enjoyed this trio, the price is a bit hefty for what was well under a 3 hour read. Am I sorry I indulged on this set??--No, but I'm not sure I'd do it again for ...more
