Abrams and von Frank do an excellent job of describing the research on generational differences while at the same time pointing out that this is just one of many lenses through which we can examine ourselves and others. Written for educators, it applies their findings to key topics such as collaboration teacher induction, succession planning, human resource policies, and what needs to be addressed in common etiquette.
