The books is okay but many of these aren't as healthy as one would like. When you think smoothie, you think instant, full-filling meal in a cup you drink with a straw. The yogurt choices in some of these are very bad for you and high in sugar. Using regular milk also ups the poor-taste of sugar and then when you add sugar in as well? It's a no-go. It was free however, so I won't complain. They can be modified according to your personal needs, myself, I deleted the book from my Kindle.
Getting your daily serving of fruits and veggies is now as easy as downing a glass! The author's enthusiasm for the subject is obvious from the first page, and you can't help but want to give these recipes a try. Not that you'll need your arm pulled - these smoothies look delicious and are simple to concoct!
