On a family vacation to Africa to enjoy a safari bother and sister Tommy and Lily encountered some very strange things. Sneaking out of their tree house hotel they first meet a tiny mischievous hissing fairy angel, then Draco the Dragon Lord who unites the parted brother and sister and frees Tommy from his capture in the tree.

They meet Flame the baby dragon who under Draco's guidance sets out to help them find Angel's friend, Whip the elf. The three go for a ride on the dragon's back and meet Fl
