I was offered a free copy to review this, and since Amelie is another New Zealand author, I could not refuse. Love Child is a wonderful return to true contemporary romance. The conflict between the hero and heroine is more than believable, it's all too often true in the 'real' world. Amelie Rose has a great grasp on characterization. All of the characters were well rounded and enjoyable, even the 'villain', though I enjoyed her in a totally different way (truly a character worth hating). Well done, Amelie.
