Zane Ackerman had been a soldier of fortune. After being seriously injured, he has one more job to do before he can retire. He decides that he wants an heir to carry on the family name should he be killed on this last mission. He chooses Leslie Walker to be the mother of his child. So, he woos and weds her. Will he survive this last mission. Likable story.

The characters are interesting. The book is fast reading . All characters have strong character developments and very interesting story line
