I registered a book at!

I enjoyed this very much. To be honest, I never thought much about heckling before seeing this book and had no idea how prevalent it is so many areas of our culture. Now that I think about it, as a corporate trainer, I was heckled (and had to heckle back) quite a bit during my days of presentations and training classes.
