Rock Your World with the Divine Mother is yet another amazing book by Sondra Ray. Indeed, this woman has a gift. It seems that I receive her books, exactly when I need them most. Every single time I pick up one of her books, I find myself being triggered. Still, something presses me to continue, to be courageous, and to look deep within. In the process, I always gain something very significant.

The general theme of Rock Your World with the Divine Mother is an urging to bring the Divine Mother in

Having spent the last three decades learning from the masters of India, Sondra Ray is a well-respected teacher of the femininity of divinity. Being her eighteenth book, Rock Your World with the Divine Mother is not a how-to manual, but rather the author shows us how to open up to the Divine Mother through her re-telling of various pilgrimages to Peru, Yugoslavia, India and more in her personal search of the Divine Mother. Sondra shows that no matter the religion or race, the Holy Mother’s presen ...more

Recommends it for: yoginis and wiccans
This is a book appropriate to my moment.... overcoming a long Noche Obscura with the Divine Mother in my own life, it is at once personally calming AND invigorating.... this book is helping me renew myself as a woman of the divine mother (long line of women of the "old ways," you know, which are also the "new ways.")

It's also interesting to me that I am reading it at the anniversary of the death of Princess Diana and just as the world is publishing a long series of Mother Teresa's letters expos

After meeting Sondra and her husband, Mark Sullivan, in person and having a rebirthing session with them, I knew I wanted to read all of Sondra's books. During the rebirthing, Sondra and Mark chanted the 108 names of the Divine Mother.

I had heard of Goddess worship in earth-based religions, but this book is about how Sondra has personally experienced the Divine Mother in her spiritual service to others. I learned in this book that the collective Divine Mother presides over every one of us and Sh

This book truly opens you to the awareness of the Divine Mother. Sondra recounts her spiritual journey and the miracles she experienced by inviting and honoring the Divine Mother. I love this book because it explains quite easily who the Divine Mother is and how SHE is worshipped around the world. The book ends with a guide for creating a ritual for the Divine Mother invoking all her 108 names.
