Fourth volume featuring Koro Sensei, the beloved teacher of Classroom E whose students must assassinate him to save the planet. This one features hot English teacher Irina in a duel with her assassination mentor, another new student with a guardian claiming to be Koro Sensei's brother. Tentacle issues arise. It's a school so there has to be sports, so a baseball game has to be played. Also, some details of Koro Sensei's origins are revealed. More fatal flaws. It's not moving that much forward, ...more

This series is so awesome. These manga are so funny and whitty. If your looking for a good action manga definitely would recommend this series!

This is the first book of the series I wasn't entirely in love with. I just felt like it was not as exciting as earlier volumes. But the fighting scenes between Koro Sensei and his "little brother" were awesome and I can't wait to see more about where they come from. Now as far as this baseball game is going, I didn't really have any interest in the story until Principal Douchepants showed up. He just has to suck the joy out of everything. I really hope Class E can prove him wrong with this ...more

Koro Sensei has a brother? "Unexpected," would be putting it mildly ... Needless to say, we get some welcome hints about his back story, as well as the possibility of an epic battle in the future. Actually, I suppose that one was a given already, since this seems to be the type of story that leads up to an epic battle. In the meantime, we get an epic baseball game, which doesn't conclude in this volume.

Man....

The first volume of this series was so fantastic. I was so excited to read the rest and assumed it was only going to get more amazing with each volume... unfortunately, the awesomeness has fizzled with every single volume.

Don't get me wrong, I'm still enjoying it. But unfortunately, each volume has just become filler from the main story. There are good aspects of this of course - character development, and I do get the feeling I'm becoming more a part of class 3-E. And that is all good...

YUSEI MATSUI, CREO A UN PERSONAJE TAN EXTRAORDINARIO Y CREATIVO, QUE NINGÚN ESCRITOR PODRÍA SUPERAR.

¿Por qué me gusto tanto este tomo?

This series is so awesome! I'm very curious about Koro-Sensei's backstory, he's an interesting character.

I was a little disappointed that the first few chapters of this volume were filler. :/

"Ever caught yourself screaming, "I could just kill that teacher"? What would it take to justify such antisocial behavior and weeks of detention? Especially if he's the best teacher you've ever had? Giving you an "F" on a quiz? Mispronouncing your name during roll call... again? How about blowing up the moon and threatening to do the same to Mother Earth--unless you take him out first?! Plus a reward of a cool 100 million from the Ministry of Defense! Okay, now that you're committed... How are ...more

Ms. Vitch and Mr. Lovro are having a contest in order to see who can "kill" Mr. Karasuma by the end of the day using different assassination techniques. Mr. Karasuma agrees to the terms if Koro sensei gives him something in return if he survives. Koro sensei agrees to stand completely still for one second which may give Karasuma enough time to stab him. Later on Koro's "little brother" appears as a transfer student which really seems to anger Koro when he sees his little brothers tentacles and ...more

Except for the Irina fight and the new student the rest of the volumen feels like filler.
And the new student doesn't really develop into anything. But adds a new mistery.

Then Koro takes some kids to a movie.
Then a new transfer student arrives, and he fights KoroSensie, actually manages to hurt him. The new student hair are tentacles as well. Int

I'm going to keep this review short, because the nutshell version is, Assassination Classroom is still a lot of fun. Koro-Sensei continues helping those around him become better people (including some you might not expect), hints about his origins are dropped, and this series becomes the second one I've read, where conflicts are developed/resolved by way of a baseball game.

It's still zany and goofy, but there's a definite undercurrent of seriousness that's at work in the background. Some of the

Admittedly did not like this one as much as the others (hate baseball) but it was super refreshing to see Class 3-E rise up against the other classes (although we'll see....) and interesting to find out about Koro-Sensei's brother who was weirdly attractive with his tentacle hair. I'm curious because Koro-Sensei goes from caring about his students to almost mocking them, telling them they will never find out the truth about him until they assassinate him. COME ON MAN, I WANNA KNOW. Then again, I ...more

I find myself wanting more. More action, more information, more advances in the plot- it's not enough. Granted this one though piqued my interest in the fact we finally learn a bit about Koro-sensei and that's that he was artificially created (although I kind of already suspected, it was more like my suspicions were confirmed) and that he feels very strongly about it given how furious he got when he found his "brother" had the same tentacles as he. I just wish the plot would reveal more and ...more

I don't know why this one didn't seem as fun as the others.

I think part of it is because the level of weirdness and the students' reaction to it was more entertaining in the first volume. Here, it seems like the weirdness has INCREASED while their reaction has DECREASED.

I also don't like the "cliffhanger" division of this book and the continued degrading of women.

Some of it was funny and the "brother" was interesting enough.
Hello
As time passes new volumes come out, i am disappointed in the amount of content that comes along with each volume. There needs to be more of this manga. The story starts to pick up as the deadline is approaching very soon. New changes will be made to the class, and the product of the teaching of the class comes alive in a certain way.

The story feels like its in a holding pattern right now. In one volume we get four different plot lines. Bitch-sensei's duel with her master ultimately goes nowhere; Karma and Nagisa going to Hawaii is pure filler; Shiro and Itona appear mysteriously, do their mysterious schtick, and then disappear mysteriously; and then we get a baseball arc which is probably going to be filler.

Good to see Koro Sensei have to struggle a little bit in a battle. It made the storyline a little more interesting. I also liked learning a little bit about his past, and look forward to learning more about how he came to exist.

Being such an amusing manga, I can see why Assasination Classroom is always ahead of One Piece and Naruto in the Shounen Jump's rankings, and while this is a good volume it also contains four rather average chapters. Or maybe it's me. I simply can't enjoy baseball arcs.

Again, freshly hilarious. Despite the assassination attempts Koro Sensei continues to teach and encourage his students. I keep finding myself envious of them. Although the new transfer student is frightening!

This series continues to be a lot of fun. A new student which means a new assassin followed by a school intramural baseball/basketball game. Got halfway through the game to end on a cliffhanger. Thank goodness I have the next volume at home.

Another transfer student is introduced in this volume that has an interesting relation to Koro Sensei. The end of this volume features a baseball game between Class E and another class, but leaves on yet another cliffhanger. On to Vol. 5!
