The written content of GURPS Mecha is good - some of the tropes of anime featuring mecha are explored as well as the technical side of things.

However, I gave this book as low a rating as I did primarily to express my disgust with Dan Smith's artwork, at least 80% of which has been traced from old Adam Warren "Dirty Pair" and "Bubblegum Crisis" comic books, as well as other sources.
