Nancy, Bess, George and Hannah are staying at a Gourmet Getaway. Preparing gourmet meals, learning from a famous chef and eating wonderful food, but not long after they arrive they notice all is not sweet at this resort. Attacks, sabotage, picketers, riots, someone is cooking up trouble, can Nancy sniff out the culprit before the whole place goes up in smoke?

Shelves: childhood, fun
This book came free with a set of Nancy Drew PC games I bought online, and I didn't really plan on reading it, but I was bored one day and read it anyway. I enjoyed it a lot more than I thought I would! The characters were stereotypical and it was cheesy, but it was a quick, pleasant read on a rainy afternoon.

Nice quick read. Would not rate it very high though. The setting was a little boring and the plot too predictable.
