Surprising that people use Facebook so much yet know so little about how it works, what's behind the internet giant, that's seems to be taking over the internet. Read this book by Peter Olsthoorn and you know much, much more about Facebook. And besides this, it's a good read, well researched, nice storytelling.

To make people more aware of some aspects of Facebook the author also developed a tool to calculate your Facebook value. All this is explained in the book in depth. The tool is online on:
