كتاب جيد يضع خطة منطقية وانسانية وقابلة للتطبيق لمواجهة مختلف انواع الآلام المزمنة ايا كانت
يهتم الكتاب بطبيعة المجتمع المحيط بمريض الألم المزمن ويتعامل مع المريض ذاته بشكل مباشر يمكنه من استيعاب مرضه والإلمام به ومن ثم مواجهته المواجهة الناجعة
اهم ما يميز الكتاب هو وضوح عبارته ومنطقية خططه المطروحة وتنوعها بما يناسب الكثيرين من مرضى الآلام المزمنة
كما أنه يبتعد قدر الإمكان عن فكرة الاعتماد على المسكنات الدوائية بمختلف انواعها ويصب جل اهتمامه على بحث طبيعة الحياة الاجتماعية والعملية للمريض وتحديد

This book is really easy to use and its a huge help. Sometimes it makes me mad that my doctors could not even give me the simplest of advice and guidance that this book can offer. Our medical professionals need a better education, one that works and helps. They need to stop handing out the pills and throwing their hands in the air when they find themselves at a loss. This just makes their patients feel like it's hopeless.
