What I learned about this book is that it is VERY SCARY! It is about a boy who is in high school, his name is Brady. When it is Winter break, Brady and his girlfriend, Sharon are going sledding. They go sledding and Brady wants to go on Miller Hill (a very steep hill). Sharon does not,bu finally he convinces Sharon to ride with him. So they go down the hill and Sharon is out of control! She crashes into THORN BUSHES! Brady rushes down to see if she is okay. Sharon's face, it has no eyes, no nose,...more

Brady, the protagonist of this book is having a difficult time after the death of his girlfriend. However, he is finally ready to get on with his life again, after he meets another girl, Rosha. And yet, this also keeps him in trouble. This is because terrible accidents seem to happen around Brady whenever Rosha's around. And there is also a strangle figure following Brady everywhere he goes…

To find out how this book ends and how Brady overcomes his obstacles, I highly recommend you to read thi...more

Big fat fan of R.L Stine here so i can't say my review for this one is not biased. haha.

The whole story is of course, expected to be thrilling with a little touch of romance as with almost all fear street books (been collecting 'em). The Perfect Date didn't disappoint! The story line for me back then was awesome (read it when i was twelve, i think..and just re-read it now). This one truly has a gruesome ending which remain stuck on my mind. I guess when you're twelve, you would remember most of...more

The book that I am reviewing is the perfect date by R.L Stine from the fear street series. The author wrote this book to show how bad grief is and how you should believe things your eyes see. The author is intending to draw in the teens to this series. The author choose this age group because of the vocabulary and context in the books. This book is written in 3rd person limited omitted view. The 3rd person but I don’t know the name of the person who is telling the story. It’s im...more

This book was so bad/ridiculous I don't have the energy to make a decent review of it. I actually wish I could give it negative stars. I'm just going to list the major things wrong with it. It doesn't deserve anymore of my time.

1. We have, yet again, a guy who two-times his girlfriend. "He just doesn't know how to tell her." Give me a break!

2. The description on the back of the book somewhat spoils the plot.

3. The main character becomes ridiculously obsessed with Rosha to the point where he beco...more

There were 2 young lovers that went a skiing trip. His girlfriend's face had been entirely taken off. He had then started going out with Rosha. A really ugly women who he thinks has been harrassing him. She was only being nice and warning about Rosha's seceret. Could this be the girl if his dreams or his worst nightmare?

I like how detailed this book is. I find out it very grusome that she fell into THORN BUSHES on her accident. This book overall, was kind of predfictable but somewhat horror.

The Perfect Date (Fear Street)

Imagine you are on a date with your girlfriend alone in the middle of nowhere. Then you noticed

Brady's girlfriend died a year ago and he met a very beautiful girl named Rosha. Strange things were happening to Brady at the same time. Everytime he is with his new girlfriend, something bad happens. Brady has also been seeing a girl with a lot of scars. One night, on a date with Rosha, everything goes wrong.

I don't really like this book as much as the other fear stre...more

Don't remember much about this one, but I think it was one of the first Fear Street books I ever read. Typical teenage "Let's go on a date but then something bad will happen to us" or "I find out you're a ghost halfway through our relationship" or some crazy stuff like that.

Good creepy book for the end of the year. I really enjoyed it but lacked a little more story. This book was about a boy named Brady who was part of an accident where his girlfriend died. A year later he has started to move on to a new girl and an even newer girl.
Alex
This Fear Street book is just okay. The main character is a jerk, which seems to be a recurring theme in this series. The ending was good, albeit a little strange. I would have liked a few more things answered since we were thrown only half of an explanation.
Eric
This is a pretty twisted story. The kid brady already have a GF. He going after another gurl. Who is this gurl really? Terriable things are happening. REally what is going to happen to him you think. READ the BOOK and you will know =)
Rosie Day
The protagonist in this story is utterly obnoxious, but I think that's the angle Stine's going for. The over-the-top, evil-dead-like ending is both chilling and funny, and pretty much saves this adequately entertaining yarn.

It was very creepy! Rosha crashed Bradys car and then stabbed him later on in the book! Thats crazy and there is this scared girl that tells Brady that he should stay away from Rosha, or she is going 2 kill him.

creepy... his dead girl friend who actually died because of him starts haunting him with almost the same face that she had when she scraped her face before the accident and he doesn't notice it was his girl.

This book is extremely interesting it is full of mysteries. Each time i flip through a page i get closer towards solving the mystery. I can actually visual the images by reading the book further and further.
