Nancy, in her fancy way, mistakens her new amee (that is friend in French) as a native of Paris, France. He isn't, he is from Paris, Texas. cute

This was a funny book. During the whole story I thought the boy was from Paris, France - but it turned out that he was really from Paris, Texas.

I like that these books have vocabulary for the kids to learn. Nancy calls them the "fancy" words that mean something more easy to understand.
