Nov 06, 2014 Mary rated it really liked it
Pros: A quick and informative read, and a good primer on an important subject. Interesting information in moderate detail ranging from the history of the movement to studies measuring its effectiveness.
Cons: Annoying writing style, and some parts are repetitive.

If you have any background knowledge, you can probably skip the intro and chapter 1.
