Claude Jenks is a well-read autodidact, with a seemingly insatiable appetite for reading. He travels the country on his trusty Rudge bicycle, encountering who he is convinced are famous faces in the most unusual locations: General Montgomery at the barber shop, Dame Kiri Te Kanawa being fired from a stationer's and President Kenneth Kaunda in a stamp shop in Stourbridge.
