This book... I really wanted to like this book. I think one of the things that really irritated me was the garment patterns. The pattern gave a really vague size. Every sweater was sized "small guy/mediumish girl" and didn't have any way to increase or decrease the pattern. Then there's the fact that the descriptions for the patterns were written almost as if the book was making fun of hipsters by someone who had never met one. I wanted this to be better. To me, it seemed like the book was more concerned with aesthetics than offering helpful knitting patterns. The pictures were too artsy which made them unhelpful. Often you couldn't properly see the finished product (blurry, etc.). It also doesn't tell you how much yarn to use for the projects.
