This book was surprisingly entertaining. The author does an excellent job of conveying facts and statistics through narrative which makes it more compelling and easy to digest. If only it could be updated to reflect current trends.

Seymour Wishman is a legal expert, novelist, playwright, and nonfiction author. Wishman graduated from Rutgers School of Law in 1965 and went on to be an assistant prosecutor in Essex County, a criminal and civil rights lawyer in New York and New Jersey, and a deputy assistant to US President Carter in the Office of Public Liaison.
