What a wonderful cookbook. There are so many interesting recipes to try out.

Really looking forward to trying them all :)
I've also got Chef Eric's first cookbook ("Stick It, Spoon It, Put it in a Glass") as well, and once again he's presenting a great variety of dishes! What I love about his style is that he likes to use interesting ingredients with bold flavors, that he mixes up in new ways where you go "hey, that's a cool idea!" And he's not one of those chefs who seem to insist that you do everything specifically one way: in fact, he is always offering ideas for alternative ingredients. (Except for his grandma' ...more
I received a copy of this as part of a GoodReads promotional giveaway. This has not affected my review.

I appreciate a cook book with good pictures, and this one photographs the food well. I also appreciate how there's a range of recipes from something simple I can throw together with a basic level of cooking knowledge and fairly common ingredients to somewhat complex recipes.
