I absolutely am besotted with this book and adore this author! Where has Jessica Clare been hiding?!

What I loved about this book was just that it’s the all around “feel good” book, you know? It’s the perfect book to take with you on a weekend vacay; the perfect book to snuggle up with on a stormy day; and just a great, *great* read. I swear, her pages are the stuff of Hershey’s Kisses, because you can’t just stop at one

So, this book starts when Bronte and Logan get stuck in an elevator during a storm in a resort in Bahamas. The conditions are awful and they have to help each other in order to being rescued for a few days. And when two people are alone in extreme conditions, well, things are bound to happen, especially when you have to completely rely on the other person.
But the thing is, it all started with a lie. Bronte believes Logan is the hotel manager, but he is in fact a billionaire and he was

Absolutely wonderful read!

This is a book i accidentally stumbled across while searching for another book! I had never heard of Jessica Clare and i was shocked to find out that she is also Jessica Sims and Jill Myles! Not quite sure why three different names are needed but i won't complain because although i haven't read anything by her as Jill Myles, i HAVE read her PNR series as Jessica Sims and enjoyed those, and i also really liked Stranded with a

Cute story. Good but not great. Bronte was a tad naive, and a "runner " ( as in when conflicts occur, she runs away ). There were a couple small plot issues that were glossed over (view spoiler) Logan never warmed up for me, he always felt a little stiff and cold. Now, what I am super excited ...more

This was a sweet, fun and quick read. I did have the "insta-love" aspect to it, but for some reason in this book, I didn't seem to mind. I think it was because I found the characters likeable enough that it seemed to work with this story. Both the H/h fit perfectly together, and Bronte was super adorable.

I do wish the book had a bit more angst, but because of the length, I can see why it wa

First book in the Billionaire Boys Club series by Jessica Clare. Bronte Dawson is a waitress from the Midwest and wins a free vacation from a local radio station. But trouble arrives in the form of a hurricane and the island is evacuated. Only she gets stuck in an elevator with hunky Logan Hawkings. Needless to say things heat up. Bronte is unaware that Logan is a billionaire and owns the hotel where they are stranded. When she finds out she heads home believing she will never see him again. But ...more
Mild spoilers

Aside from the premise, nothing about this book worked for me. And even the premise got mangled with a careless and unbelievable set-up. Maybe in the 70s a hurricane could have taken a small island resort by surprise, forcing a hurried full evacuation. But in 2013 with sophisticated weather predication tools, it just wouldn't happen. The resort hotel was 20 stories tall so it must have been steel and concrete and, therefore, a safe place to shelter in even a category 4 hurricane. Th

This book had a little twist on he billionaire meets poor girl and falls in love. I really liked the plot and the fact that the heroine, Bronte, stood up for herself throughout the book. Logan seemed to be cold towards everyone but his 5 friends from college, believing everyone else only to be after his money. At times he was a cold, cynical, jerk.

In the first installment of the Billionaire Boys Club you meet Logan. He is the leader - the driven one. He has been ridden hard by his father and taught a hard lesson that with wealth, your heart sometimes needs to be guarded. But he's learned his lesson. No more ideals of love for who he is, he knows that with his money no one will ever love him without it. He is controlling, but powerful men are.

His college friends who have all achieved billionaire status made a pact. They met weekly and as

Stranded with a Billionaire was a pleasant surprise. I was hesitant to read it because it had "Billionaire" in the title. I immediately lumped with all the other billionaire romances out there. I'm on 'billionaire alpha males' overload and wasn't interested in reading about another one. I am so glad that I gave this book a chance.

If you are looking for a cute read that has a damsel in distress story line with a sexy billionaire, then this is your book. I love my crazy reads, but every once in a while, I want a no fuss, no mess, oh-my-gosh, it’s too adorable, please- rescue-me kind of book.

Logan is part of a society of men who are all wealthy (yeah, it’s kind of cheesy because they call themselves a “brotherhood”, when it should be just a club, but just go with it). All his life, people have used

MinnChica: I adored Jessica Clare (and all her pen names). I think her writing is fun and sexy and flirty and I know I’m always in for a good read. While I was a little hesitant to read about another billionaire, I loved Logan and his band of billionaire brothers. I’m so excited about this series overall, and am anxious for the next installment. I didn't expect to enjoy this book as much as I did. It was a typical romance fantasy but then the title sort of gives that away right? The cover also hints that it might be erotica too right? but it isn't although of course it does have love scenes. There are a few unexpected moments mostly having to do with her standing up for herself and him kind of bending over backwards to make her happy. So although this might seem like a Harlequin Presents knock off it really isn't. The characters are a b ...more

I had fun with this one. I really just didn't put it down it was something else and I enjoyed it very much.

Sure there were things I would want different, I would have liked the time Logan and Brontë spent together directly after moving in together be a little more wide spread but the rest of the book more than made up for that. So great read and Im moving on to Hunter. Can't wait.

Fun and sexy and is a refreshing take on the billionaire hero trope. Adored the heroine who uses classical philosophy quotes to comment about the situations in her life. The sexual tension between her and Logan the hero was palpable and filled with fun banter - and I highly recommend it those who feel there is nothing more to offer about the billionaire hero tropes - because this wasn't dark or angsty and no BDSM overtones! I was lusting for a book like this for a l
I nearly gave this book 5 stars...I easily could. It was very well done and not just another "hot billionaire story," although Logan was hot;) Bronte was a pleasantly interesting kind of lead female. There was a good flow of story line and the intimacy was excellent. The ending was surprisingly well done. There was a twist I didn't expect when Bronte actually learns something life altering about herself...probably my favorite part of the book. I'm currently drowning in my own deadlines, and last night, I needed something light, easy, fun, and totally stress-free. This fit the bill perfectly. Loved the philosophy-spouting protagonist. I also appreciated how the important female characters in this story are strong, smart, and friendly with each other. Totally passes the Bechdel Test.
Wow. 24 hours and book one, stranded with a billionaire is complete. Loved the characters of Logan and Bronte and their turbulent relationship. The sparks were flying from the beginning and kept me intrigued till the end. Can't wait to meet the rest of the billionaire boys clubs characters more intimately. Brilliant
I have given up most of the 'billionaire' 50 shades books that keep coming out. It's like a factory and it's become difficult to find the good, but the amount of reviews I saw from my friends list I knew it was time to give the series a shot. Plus I wanted to be in the know for the Beauty and The Billionaire.

Bronte Dawson is a waitress from Kansas City and is so very excited to be in the Bahamas. She won the trip on a radio station which was great as she would never have been able to afford it otherwise. She agreed to bring a coworker along who is driving her nuts with her complaining but she’s trying to make the best of that and the constant rain on the island. When Bronte’s woken from a nap by her friend and told that they have to evacuate due to an impending Hurricane she’s not thrilled but moves ...more

A sweet and easy first in a series of books about six billionaire besties who one-by-one find the--always surprising--girl of their dreams.

In book one of the Billionaire Boys Club, billionaire Logan Hawkings buys an island resort and pretty philosophy major cum waitress Brontë Dawson wins a trip there. All hell breaks loose when a Hurricane Lotanya strikes and the two find themselves stuck in an elevator together just as the power goes out.

Who wouldn't want to be stranded on an island with a sexy billionaire? I know I wouldn't have an issues with that scenario.

Bronte is a woman living a mediocre life and not to her full potential but with a chance from a radio station she wins a trip to an island resort in the Bahamas. Thinking this might be her luck turning but it quickly turns to reality with a terrible roommate, and a bit sub par hotel but she's not complain
