parents who read to their kids
This was a really cute book about a group of young children and how their spent their summer "under the lilacs." I found myself smiling through most of the book and thinking of my younger siblings. It would be a great read-aloud for parents to read with their children!

This was a really cute children's book, typical LMA. I loved Ben, but couldn't stand Celia's brother Thorny, who lorded it over everyone since he was born to privilege. Ben's playmates Bab and Betty were adorable, too.

Thsi book had short chapters and that was my favorite part about it. There was not really a plot to it but just the whole time everything was happy and nothing bad really happened.

This is supposed to be a great book, but for some reason, I couldn't finish it. I guess I just got bored with it. Maybe I'll try again later.

This is a beautiful story from Louisa May Alcott, a bit different than the Little Woman series. But well written and very lovely.

Sweet child's book. Again, a book with moral/religious undertones.
