If you knew what we know about milk...BLEEECHT All that pasteurization, homogenization and processing is not only cooking all the nutrients right out of your favorite drink. It's also adding toxic levels of vitamin D. This fascinating book tells the whole story about milk. I liked this book because:

*The author's sense of humor
*The history of how pasteurized/homogenized became the norm
*Information about the politicization of the food and milk industry

I didn't like this book because:

*It was VERY repetitive
*Scare tactics - not necessary if you have good, sound information
*Needed more footnotes and sources for the reader to follow up with
*Many of his health problem examples he suggests come from consuming pasteurized dairy products and soy are simply conjectures - it
