This book is OK if you like COOKBOOKS! Lets just say, it is a good reference but it does not provide much theory or reasoning. It details possible experiencials for different populations of clients. This could be useful to spur ideas but it is not a book to rely on.

The book contain a great collection of games and examples of games and activities with instructions. It is a good source of inspiration and a good reference. I enjoyed most of the book, sometimes I got bored, but mainly the book is interesting for those interested in initiating group activities.

This is my bible for planning group sessions at my group for adults with mental health challenges. Always find something in here of value when stumped for ideas. Great book!

Useful for beginners without imagination...
There were a few good exercises, but the rest were just subtle variations of those few.
Not impressed.
