Interesting, well documented book with plenty of medical and scientific back up, not to mention successful personal experiences. Having had been exposed to such an idea some 8 years ago or so I have accepted that there is something to this and the book confirmed it for me and helped to explain why. Ironically, much of the information I already knew because of my medical background, but had never considered it in this context.
