Bad Kitty faces her toughest challenge yet, in Bad Kitty School Daze from Nick Bruel.

Bad Kitty is a jerk and now she has to go to obedience school.
She messes with puppy and trips babies. What a sourpuss!!!
Kitties never learn and will always be beer swigging lazy lumps.

My daughter and I read this together, and I meant for it to be a few chapters a night, but it was too funny to stop!
I love Bad Kitty, and I especially loved Petunia.
I can't wait for the next Bad Kitty book.

I had the opportunity to read this book while standing in a Target store over the weekend. Luckily these are pretty quick reads.

Kitty and Puppy's parents have had it with their behavior issues and constant fighting, so they send Kitty and Puppy to obedience school for the day. Other characters who must attend obedience school are Petunia, a bulldog who hates cats, and a bunny who is convinced he is some sort of evil genius (whose name escapes me at the moment).

Throughout the course of the day,

Bad Kitty School Daze is a hilarious graphic novel. Students will relate to the classroom setting, laugh at the antics of the outrageous characters, and maybe even learn a thing or two about cats and dogs from the informational Uncle Murray pages. Whether or not you have yet to discover Bad Kitty, this is an excellent title to check out.

One fine day, Bad Kitty and Puppy land themselves in trouble. Off to obedience school they are sent! This however isn’t like the school your local pet club might

Bad Kitty's back and she's badder than ever, if that's possible. This time she's off to school to deal with her behavior problems. Puppy goes along to get his drooling under control. What I like best about these graphic easy-to-read novels are the zany details and the way things never turn out the expected way. For instance, before Kitty heads off for her first day, her family presents her with a complete line of Love Love Angel Kitten school supplies, including backpack, notebook, eraser, calcu ...more

Bad Kitty and Puppy are sent to school for bad behavior. Well, really Bad Kitty is sent to school for her bad attitude and her uncontrollable temper. Puppy just has a drooling problem. With a bulldog named Petunia who hates cats and a crazy rabbit who thinks he's a mutant supervillian, Kitty is going to find school very challenging. Hilarious, especially Petunia's hatred towards cats.

Bad Kitty School Daze, by Nick Bruel, is a very cute and funny graphic novel. In the beginning of the book, Kitty and Puppy are always getting into trouble, messing with the children, and fighting with each other. The owner becomes upset and sends the Kitty and Puppy to the school, obedient school. The Kitty and Puppy eventually learn how to work together, graduate, and go home.
This is a great graphic novel. It is a very funny book that both the parents and children will love. For younger reade

I quickly read one in passing and are these books every so friggin' cute!!!

Bad Kitty and Puppy are constantly fighting in the house and their owners finally had enough of them because they make the baby cry. So off they go to obedience school, on a school bus, with a backpack and everything. A bandanna fixes puppy's drooling problem (Bad Kitty comes up with the idea) while at obedience school, but Kitty refuses to get with the program, even after she makes a friend with a large dog that hates ca

This book is "meh". It's kitty don't like school, she don't like when a dog skill the paint then show to them and staff was wonderful to a dog's art paper. It's kitty was "sigh" or furious!! Because she jealous of a dog.

My favorite part was when Bad Kitty stuck (view spoiler). That part really made me laugh!

We all know Kitty isn’t the best pet around. She’s grouchy, has a bad attitude, and never gets along well with Puppy. Her owner has decided it’s time for Kitty to change her ways, so it’s off to school. But will Kitty learn anything? Probably not.

This series has yet to disappoint. Each book is just as entertaining as the last. Check out my review of the series as a whole here.

Bad Kitty and Puppy have crossed the line! With Kitty’s grumpiness and Puppy’s drooling problem, (and their constant fighting) it’s no surprise that they are sent to Diabla Von Gloom’s School for Wayward Pets. There, the dueling duo meet Miss Dee, a very kind teacher, Petunia, a very tough bull-dog who HATES!!! cats, and DR. LAGOMORPH, a diabolical mutant supervillian bunny whose arch-enemies are Captain Fantasticat and Power Mouse (A.K.A. Weird Kitty and the little mouse). Kitty and Puppy go th ...more

Cats will be cats, but one notorious cat has the reputation as a bad kitty. When Kitty and Puppy create havoc around the baby and mess up the house, they are sent to Diabla Von Gloom's School for Wayward Pets. Kitty and Puppy get geared up for the day, and Kitty's backpack is stuffed full of Love Love Angel Kitten supplies. She couldn't be less thrilled. Even the trip to the school is an education when the bus driver, Uncle Murray, chimes in with his helpful pet tidbits. Diabla Von Gloom greets ...more

Kitty and Puppy fight like, well, cats and dogs! All that hissing and chasing has gotten them in trouble, though, so it's off to obedience school to learn how to play well with others. Can Puppy learn to control his drool? Can Kitty learn how to improve her attitude? The teacher, Miss Dee, sure has her work cut out for her.

The illustrations in this book are just superb! It's practically a graphic novel because so much of the story is conveyed wordlessly through the animals' expressions and body

Wow, what a romp! We love the short bad kitty books about the alphabet (Bad Kitty and Poor Puppy), so we thought we would try this longer chapter book. It was hilarious! My four-year-old daughter still repeats some of the funnier phrases a week later. ("What just happened?")

The lessons were exceptional and not heavy-handed at all, just very well conceived. The different characters (dogs plus kitty, plus teacher) were a great mish-mash of personalities. It slowed down a bit with the Uncle informa

This was such a cute book. Formed in a comic strip way, this was a very fast read and a story I knew my daughter would absolutely love. I read it first just to make sure. This is also part of the Bad Kitty Series books, which I'm looking forward to having my daughter read.

So basically Bad Kitty School Daze is about a cat and a dog who get sent to obedient school by their owner. They have to learn how to behave, manners and how to be friendly. This is a cute book for kids seven and up and highly

Bad Kitty and Puppy get sent to school when their owner has had enough of them misbehaving. Puppy needs to learn to get his drooling under control, and Bad Kitty, well kitty needs an attitude adjustment. At school they meet a supervillain bunny, a dog who needs to get over her cat-hatred, and of course the teacher, Miss Dee. The wayward pets do arts and crafts, have a show and tell, and listen to a story as they try to get over their various issues. Everyone seems to be making progress...well, e ...more

Unlike earlier "Bad Kitty" books, this is a "chapter book"... and it proved to be a long and tedious one. Had it not been for the fact that my neighbor's granddaughter was reading it to me, I'd have dropped it like a hot potato...

The premise was good, but not only did it fall flat; it was long, drawn-out, boring, and full of the author trying too hard to be clever/funny.

Kitty & Puppy are unable to get along, so they are sent to "school"....

Kitty is to learn to be nice and puppy is to learn

We just love the books in the Bad Kitty series by Nick Bruel. They are so funny, with sarcastic and tongue in cheek humor that has our girls begging for more. With its graphic novel format, this book is a very fast read, even at 160 pages, and we all finished reading it separately in less than an hour.

It's a very entertaining story, and we loved the crazy pets. Our girls especially loved the super villain rabbit. The comic at the end of the story is very silly. Overall, it's an entertaining stor

Bad Kitty and Puppy get in a fight. And the baby says she gets hurt because of Bad Kitty. So they send him to school. They also send Puppy because he has a drooling problem and that caused the whole fight. When they're introducing themselves at circle time a dog named Petunia says she hates cats. Then Bad Kitty starts mooing because he's the only cat there. Puppy starts drooling so Bad Kitty yanks on his bandana. At show and tell Bad Kitty just coughs up a hair ball because he didn't bring anyth ...more

Bad Kitty School Daze by Nick Bruel - brilliant!!! So happy to enjoy another fantastic book by Nick Bruel. I loved the process that the teacher went through to get to Bad Kitty's main problem (cute) but honestly, since I read it aloud this time, I noticed that there was a load of adult teacher voice going on and less cat/dog perspective... I did love the development of the characters and the friendship that blossomed between Bad Kitty and Petunia and I found the rabbit addition to be a riot. Unc ...more

Kitty and Puppy have to go to school because their owners believe that Kitty has a bad attitude and Puppy has a drooling problem. In school, they meet a big dog named Petunia, who hates cats, and a bunny who believes he has superhuman powers and wears a huge helmet. Kitty keeps getting in trouble by the teacher because she continues to see Kitty showing a bad attitude. When the class is in awe of Puppy playing the recorder, and when Puppy paints a beautiful painting, Kitty shows nothing but disg ...more
