Excellent presentation of different ways of parental control over mate choice in different societies. Although it is more relevant for specific students and researchers, I found it very interesting also for the general audience. Helps in connecting the dots in actions that we otherwise regard as irrelevant regarding parent and children actions. It can help children in understanding their parents better and the other way around.
