Stacy Malkin is coming to Red Hill on June 20th at 7:00pm to talk about the ugly side of the beauty industry. She names names. Loreal, Redken, Avon, Mr. Bubbles, etc.
This is an important talk. Cancer is in epidemic proportions. Oncologists are throwing up their hands in disgust as industry is taking little responsibility for their ingredients which are comprised of carcinogenic elements, such as lead.

fascinating and worrisome information. Met the author of this book at the Elephant pharmacy, a journalist who helped start a website about how to find safe cosmetics. I think safecosmetics.com...You can look up almost any cosmetic to see how it rates.The worst offenders rate a 10 and the least a 1. One startling bit I've read thus far is how every woman tested has shown has shown traces of rocket fuel in their breast milk. this book was important enough for me to read that i got it through an interlibrary loan. excellent, and frightening in an eye-opening educational way. this book will change the way you think about the products you use every day.
