I had the privilege to be a beta reader for this book, and I waited for weeks with baited breath to read this novel. By the time I finally got the book, I was so worried that I had built it up so much in my head that I would be disappointed once I finally read the finished product. I WAS WRONG. Even with the highest expectations, I was completely blown away by this book.

Winter and Cade are an amazing couple! Both characters are extremely well developed and well rounded. By the end of the book, I

While reading this book I felt instantly transported to another time and place like I was in my own little world and nothing else existed or mattered. It's a hard book to put down (but I had to stop for a few times for breaks a girl's got to eat right...LOL) It captures you so completely!

~* I received a copy of When the Heart Falls from the authors in exchange for an honest review. I have not been and never will be compensated for my review of this book. This review is my honest opinion and is in no way influenced by the authors' generosity. *~

When Kimberly Kinrade and Dmytry Karpov offered their street team a chance to beta read When the Heart Falls, I jumped at the opportunity even though the deadline was short. I had nothing holding me back from completing my beta reading at

I had the opportunity to beta read this book and was worried at first about getting it read on time, but once I started reading, I couldn't pull myself away. This is NOT what you think about when you think about a Romance Novel. As someone who is not usually a fan of anything called a romance novel, I was taken in by how much this book did not feel like it was just all about romance. This book was 100% real and no parts of it felt cheesy or fake at all. There were so many real life issues inters ...more

Le Sigh.

That pretty much sums up how I feel about this book every time I think of it.

Le Sigh. It was a fantastic read from beginning to end! It's one of those reads that latches on to you and refuses to let go, and no matter how many times you say "just on more page", you keep going until there are no more pages to turn.

Le Sigh. It had such amazing, endearing characters.

Le Sigh. It was filled with beautiful romance, steamy passion, bellyaching humor, and heart breaking pain and anguish.

I had the pleasure of being a BETA reader for Kimberly Kinrade's and Dmytry Karpov's "Kiss Me in Paris." I am so lucky I got to review this amazing book! From start to finish I couldn't help but laugh, cry, cheer, etc throughout the whole novel. Kinrade has a way with words, and especially with stories. She is able to captivate readers right from the start and keep them guessing the whole way through. I love her writing and with "Kiss Me in Paris" it just shows the kind of writing she has in her ...more

I had heard great things about this book and when it went on sale I couldn't not justify not purchasing the book. It did NOT disappoint. The characters are great, the love story is sweet. Downloaded it to my Nook in the evening and finished it in hours as I couldn't put it down! If you haven't read it, go download it and read it, I doubt you will be disappointed.

Made me laugh and cry--which is rare.

Great pacing and resolution. Characters are well-developed. Depth of emotions. You really can feel the words. Truly magnificent.

Kiss Me in Paris is a story about a young woman named Winter. She wants to be a romance writer, but seems to be shot down by everyone who critiques her work. She decides to take a summer program in France because what better way to learn about love than in Paris. We also follow a young man named Cade. He is a country boy who knows he doesn't belong in the farm for the rest of his life. His

Le sigh. If I had to read that one more time in this book I would have screamed. I know When the Heart Falls is based in Paris, but does the main character have to say Le sigh all the freakin time? It just annoyed me.

Winter wants to write romance novels, but she has never been in love. Her advisor tells her she needs to write about things she knows, things she has experienced. I think the author of this book should do the same. She obviously did not do her research on Paris or France and include

Cade Savage comes from one of the most influential families in Texas. As heir to his family’s ranch Cade has responsibilities and expectations to his family to stay and run the Ranch as his father has done before him. But Cade has aspirations to become an architect not a rancher and when the opportunity presents itself for him to go to Paris to study architecture he can’t imagine not going. First of all, this book is now part of my "Favorites Shelf", a very unforgettable book that takes you to Paris - beautifully written, magical.

What I enjoyed most about this book is the tour of the city and the lines that were exchanged throughout this book.

Kiss Me in Paris is a beautiful love story about Winter and Cade, two people with haunted pasts and secrets. It was incredibly romantic, but it was also laugh-out-loud funny, which was something I wasn’t expecting, but enjoyed immensely.

Winter Deveaux looks forward to what the summer has to bring, as well as spending time in Paris. In her mind, doing so will allow her to let go of the ghosts of her past. Immersing herself in the ambience spreading out before her, she's ready to embrace everything Paris has to offer.

Unfortunately, that's easier said than done when her past turns up unexpectedly. Winter realizes it's something she'll never be able to run away from. No matter where she goes, Ryan is determined to follow. Despite t

HOLY COW! What an amazing read! Words cannot describe how much I loved this book! I guess for me, I really connected with Winter. And then there's Cade...the man had me at hello.

Kiss Me In Paris has so many emotions flowing through it. Emotions that I will not tell you about because it would spoil the whole book for you...and we don't like spoilers. If you are wanting a good romance novel, look no further. Kiss Me In Paris is definitely one you will want to pick up. I would grab a box of tissues

Kiss Me in Paris by Kimberly Kinrade & Dmytry Karpov.
My new favourite book!
Reading the book felt like walking along the streets of Paris, how it felt to witness the sunset standing from the Eiffel Tower overlooking Champ de Mars, how the touch of the sea breeze felt while enjoying nature in Falaise d'Etretat, understanding the beauty of The Gates of Hell and acquiring deep inspirational appreciation towards The Thinker and The Kiss exhibited in Musee Rodin, which I dream to see someday. She had me at Paris. The wonderful, magical city of Paris; it felt almost like a character in this heart warming, at times heart breaking, story by Kimberly Kinrade. As a destination that I long to visit, the vivid imagery swirling around the main characters took me to the very place that I want to see.

When the Heart Falls

I've been a fan for awhile and have not been disappointed yet. This story of Case and Winter is an amazing story.

Set in Paris, France two strangers meet and fall in love. But it's more than just meeting each other, this story, their story, shows how even if you have been through the worst life can throw at you. There's still hope that you can move on and live. Really live and free of all the tangles of the past and live in the now.

I was given this book free to start with so with that said: I enjoyed the banter between Cade and Winter the cowboy and the city girl. It was a great love story set in Paris the city of "love". But, inside that love story is another story a darker story. Jenifer, Winter's best friend since they were children has a dark secret seems like everyone in this Love story has secrets. I'm only giving this a two-star rating for two reasons, which I will get to. But I have to start by saying what utter crap this book was. Premise:
Two students decide to join a french class that travels to France for the duration of summer. Not only are they bringing their hopes and dreams, but their secrets as well. When they end up falling in love, they are at a crossroads about how to deal with their problems and their new found love.

I really enjoyed this book. Mostly because Winter and Cade got to do the one thing I wanted to do when I graduated from high school, go to the Sorbonne.

Cade was a big, tough cowboy who was really damaged by the way his family handled he and his brothers. His father was determined to force his son to take up the reigns of the family business, despite what Cade wanted to do himself. Cade fled to Paris hoping he'd be able to focus on his passion, architecture, and find a way to live his li

They say that love conquers it all. How much of that affirmation is true??? For Winter and Cade love will be the fuel that impulse them to take their life by the horns and do whatever it takes to be happy.

When the Heart Falls is a sweet, exciting, fun, entertaining, loving and passional romance novel. This is the story of two broken souls, people whose path will cross in the fantastic city of Paris. An educational summer program will be the perfect excuse to set them in a scenario that comes to

This is a fantastic story! Winter is a literary student in New York, Cade is a cowboy from Texas, and they're both on their way to Paris to study for the summer, maybe longer. Winter has secrets from her past and it keeps popping up to torment her. Cade is a bit broken and filled with uncalled for guilt, as well as an intense relationship with his dad, and dreams of doing his own thing- not following in dad's footsteps.
They meet before crossing the ocean, and Cade immediately feels the need to

Le sigh… What a great read! A lovely romance that spans continents and emotions: a satisfying combination of both heartbreaking moments and moments that made me laugh out loud.

Cade and Winter didn’t initially seem like the perfect couple to me, but there’s certainly a connection from their first meeting. The relationship has its ups and downs, but they are able to find common
