Batman, Catwoman, and Gordon populate Doug Moench's weird mash-up of Do The Right Thing and Psycho.

There's a heatwave in Gotham, and racial tensions are rising as a killer with mommy issues targets scantily clad women. The women are scantily clad because, I guess, the heat only affects women (the men are fully dressed throughout).

Catwoman feels very strongly about men who victimize women, and proposes an alliance to Batman. Her feminist instincts are undercut by every other female character in

If there is a reason why the creators of this tale chose to tell a story about a killer with a warped view of women using a warped view of women, I fail to understand it.
