Though the title of this book is "Mahinde Thamai Iskole" this is not a book written only for Mahindians. Though this book describes the school days of the writer in 60-70 decades,this is not only for that generation. If your school days are an amiable period you can explore in your memories by reading this.If you're not a school lover,you may be able to understand the reasons for that too.

We spend 1/5 of our lifetime in school.We enter the school as children,leave it after 13-14 years as youth.(Except teachers) most of us do not spend our residual time with school. But all of us have a friend who does not have a life without school. They are the people who list school next to country,nation and religion. They are the people who remind us that we too were made by the school.

This book remind us we also have been to school.Here the author emphasis that schools are not for passing examinations but for learning life. According to him, school is the rehearsal of life drama.
