Professor Lindenberger was one of my favorite teachers as an undergrad at Stanford. I had the privilege of taking his general poetry course as well as a small seminar on literary criticism, where he enriched the texts with personal stories about his encounters with giants like Said and Foucault. He retired as I graduated and I haven't seen him since, but it's great to know he's still writing and I look forward to reading this work.
