I received an ARC of this book, and it was very much a rough first edition (there was on real cover, many of the illustrations did not have captions, etc etc). I am hoping that the author has worked all that out. My book was also not set up as a 10 step programme. There were a lot of helpful information about supplements, etc to help maintain and improve health especially if you had certain health problems. I probably should not have entered the giveaway for this book (obviously I had no idea I would win in the first place) because as I was reading through this book it really just is a dry book full of information. Hard to read through if you are not in tune with the subject matter I think.
All the information is there, it's good information and there are probably some things that have made me think a little different about certain types of nutrition and exercise, but overall I just had a hard time

The best thing about this book...it contains a lot of information. The worst thing about this book...it contains a lot of information. It seemed that I would read a few pages and completely forget two pages ago because it simply contains so much information. This would be a book I would recommend taking a chapter at a time to absorb and possibly reread to get clarity. I received this book from Goodreads.
