One of better books in Osprey Campaigns series. Well-structured sections give condensed view of political situation before the battle, an overview of leaders and troops involved and preliminary plans of both sides. The battle itself is covered in some 10 pages, with excellent maps and explanations. This gives a good understanding of how the battle developed. Also worth noticing is that David Nicolle goes to great length in pinpointing some of the myths surrounding the battle and when appropriate...more
