It's just after two a.m. in Los Angeles and there are only a few cars on the 405. On the East Coast, the diners have yet to open for the morning rush. It's too late for dinner, too early for breakfast, and there's nothing in your freezer to throw in the microwave. This is an interesting mix of 'recipes'. I think that there is a lack of cohesion to the book, but believe that there is promise. The introductory sections are interesting and should be enjoyable for fans of the show. I enjoyed the inclusion of home-made alternatives to products that are typically purchased such as yogurt, and cream cheese. I also liked that there are inclusions of many ethnic foods here. I question, however, the inclusion of some items that require little or no cooking. I think ...more
