This compact book is in excellent introduction to tapping. It can also help you fine tune an established practice or increase your motivation to tap. It also gives great insight into why you procrastinate and don't accomplish goals you really want to. The author is marvelous – I've seen and enjoyed her videos from the yearly Tapping Summits. I'm skeptical that it actually accomplishes anything, but it can't hurt to try. I'll give it a shot.

It only shows method to push bac procrastination, not analysing deeply the root cause of laziness. But anyway, it's still helpful in solving realistic problems.
A good book for self-help !
