Ana Be Still was a great book! I enjoyed it from start to finish and had it read within a few days. In a way Holland’s writing style reminds me of that of Twilight, and yet very different. She gives a different flourish to her writing style that allows the reader to relate to Ana and feel her emotions throughout the book. I found myself engrossed in Ana’s story as she goes from waking up on her birthday expecting a day full of love and affection from her parents and friends only to find out that ...more

'Ana Be Still: Deathly Revelations' is the first book in a series following teenager Ana as her whole world changes and she discovers she has a destiny she knew nothing about.

I found this to be a real captivating page-turner of a book. The story was suspenseful and fast paced, with plenty of action and a good dose of romance. I found both Ana and Simon to be immensely likeable characters and I look forward to reading more about them as this story continues.

Overall an excellent, enthralling read.

Simon just wanted to follow his three simple rules. Ana just wanted to have her sister back. But the day Ana turned nineteen both their lives changed in a big way.

Simon is a vampire who left his pack because they went against one of his rules and killed a woman who was eight months pregnant. He has wandered the streets for nearly three months and hasn't feed because he refuses to break his rules - he will not feed on women or children - and is becoming very weak. He stumbles onto the lands of a

This was an easy read that took me a little over an hour to finish. I will admit that I am getting bored of vampire books and that I don't think there are many angles left to make the genre unique. However, R. Holland intrigued me with this read by writing from a Seekers POV. It was slightly different to the usual insta-love romances I've read with vampires and had plenty of action to keep me turning the pages. I will say that I thought it would b

Will she forgive Simon?

I enjoyed Ana Be Still. It was fun to follow Ana, as she tries to figure out who and where she belongs in a world she didn’t even know existed. Ana is not weak, she is strong and can easily take care of herself – plus help a couple of vampires along her journey.

I wish it was a little longer, it seemed rushed at times. But that still didn’t stop me from liking the book. It was easy for me to get attached to Ana, Eric, Simon, and Sam, as you watch each of them handle their o

I'm no writer so I don't really like to complain about other people's ability to write. I will say that the story has major potential and I did enjoy it. That being said I do think the writing/delivery could improve but it wasn't so bad that I couldn't finish the book.
