Enjoy how Mary thinks and writes. Her sense of humor is priceless and spot on in these short pieces. Highly recommend.

I am savoring these short, pithy essays about the challenges, rewards, and surprises about being a woman in the post-feminist era. If you want to find meaning in the madness, pick up this book!

The book is a collection of short stories. Each was a tidbit of life that was most ordinary as if I was relating a very everyday experience. It was told with a touch of wit that was refreshing.

"It's never too late to make mid-course corrections!" That's the mantra of Wisconsin author and photographer Mary T. Wagner, who has been described as the Midwest's answer to Carrie Bradshaw and favorably compared to humorist Erma Bombeck...but "in sexier shoes."

Wagner is a former newspaper and magazine journalist who changed careers at forty after a serious accident, going to law school and then
